製法用量: 半夏10克  橘紅(陳皮)15克  茯苓8克  甘草5克  竹茹10克  枳實10克  生薑10克  大棗2枚  
功效: 行氣化痰，調和膽胃。
主治: 膽胃不和、痰濁內擾證。虛煩失眠、胸悶有痰，噁心嘔吐、呃逆、或驚悸不寧、口苦、苔膩、脈弦滑。
方義: 本方溫涼並用，適用於膽胃失和，痰濁內擾、有熱化傾向者。方中半夏燥濕化痰、和胃止嘔；陳皮理氣化痰；茯苓健脾利濕；枳實行氣化痰，使氣行痰化；竹茹清熱化痰，止嘔除煩；生薑健胃祛痰止嘔。綜合全方，共奏行氣化痰、理氣安神，調和膽胃之功。
辨證要點:
虛煩不眠。
胸悶有痰。
驚悸不寧。
苔膩口苦。
脈弦滑。
加減: 痰火偏盛：加栝蔞、貝母。
眩暈：加菊花、黃芩。
失眠：加酸棗仁、牡蠣。
癲癇：加鬱金、石菖蒲。
內熱心煩：加梔子、淡豆豉。
寒熱往來：加柴胡、黃芩。
思慮不眠：合逍遙散。
憂鬱不眠：加越鞠丸。
狹心症：加川芎、丹參、鬱金、薤白、桂枝。
注意禁忌: 對陰虛血少之眩暈、失眠、心悸等不適用。
現代應用: 本方鎮靜安眠，祛痰鎮咳，止嘔，擴張冠狀動脈，消炎。用於精神分裂症、憂鬱症、神經官能症、癲癇、梅尼爾氏綜合症、冠心病、動脈硬化症、狹心症、高血壓、消化道潰瘍、胃炎、膽囊炎、膽石症、慢性支氣管炎、哮喘、甲狀腺機能亢進。
